Sundays are made for slowing down, but we do it in style. Join us at Brighton’s iconic seafront for a Sunday lunch that’s anything but ordinary. Think exceptional plates made with love and flair, paired with a hand-picked wine list that knows how to impress.
While you feast, some of Brighton’s finest musicians will be bringing the vibes—live, soulful, and sensational. From smooth jazz licks to acoustic grooves and toe-tapping beats, the soundtrack is as fresh as the sea air with plenty of surprises thrown in. It’s the perfect excuse to linger over a long lunch, lose track of time, and let the afternoon roll into golden hour.
The Roast
We use incredible local supplies to bring you one of the best Sunday Roasts in town. Our head chef and his team, hand selected the finest of cuts for our meat selection which are perfectly paired with seasonal vegetables, fluffy Yorkshire potatoes and lashings of rich gravy —because average just isn’t our thing.
No roast is complete without a moorish dessert, our homemade apple crumble is the perfect way to overindulge on a Sunday and the best part its Bottomless!

This Sunday was epic! Drift launched their Sunday roasts and it was incredibly delicious! SO much gravy, I had the beef and not an ounce of fat in sight and two huge slabs, and the yorkies were the best I have every had. They also had a band playing which made the whole experience. Plus the bottomless crumble?!?! Oh my god cinnamon crumbly heaven, we were so full but had to indulge for only £5, the value for money is insane. We really enjoyed ourselves (and so did our cute little pooch!). Can't wait to return, thank you!!
