We use incredible local supplies to bring you one of the best Sunday Roasts in town. Our head chef and his team, hand selected the finest of cuts for our meat selection which are perfectly paired with seasonal vegetables, fluffy Yorkshire potatoes and lashings of rich gravy —because average just isn’t our thing.
No roast is complete without a moorish dessert, our homemade apple crumble is the perfect way to overindulge on a Sunday and the best part its Bottomless!

Had a Sunday roast at Drift Bar and it was the best roast I’ve had in a long time. The portions were incredibly generous, and the flavour was exceptional throughout. It’s brilliant value for money, especially for the quality you get. The atmosphere was already great, but the live music made it even better, creating such a relaxed and enjoyable vibe. The renovations look fantastic, giving the place a fresh and welcoming feel. The staff were lovely, friendly and always smiling, which really added to the experience. I’d 100% recommend Drift Bar to anyone looking for great food, music and atmosphere.

A wonderful Sunday roast! Possible one of the best I’ve had in Brighton. The positives: Portions were huge lots of veggie variation on the plate and ample roasties. Gravy nice and thick and lots of it (no grumbles when I asked for more either). Staff were super lovely and friendly. My friend ended with crumble and it was just a fiver with you being able to keep ordering top ups until you can’t stop!! Her review “almost as good as my nans” very much enjoyed all round. Liked the live music as touch, could have been a bit more upbeat for my liking - but that’s personal preference. Overall a solid plate of food, gorgeous interior and lovely team. Will be back!

We came as a Family for the Sunday roast and it was marvelous! I normally don't write reviews but, the experience was soo good I just had to. Two of us had the Sirloin and one of us the Chicken, food was good the pots could have been more crispy is the only remark I would make. The highlight was the serivce! We were greated by Oliver who introduced himself and kindly gave us a nice table even though we had no reservation. We felt so looked after the whole time, its honestly rare these days. Our server a short blonde girl who's name we didnt catch but she was very friendly and helpful. P.S. The crumble was devine we were a bit to full to eat it!
